What CHASE does...

CHASE is an award winning care service providing specialist paediatric palliative care for children and young people not expected to live to reach the age of 19.
CHASE touched the lives of over 300 families last year - sharing t he difficult journey they must make and the challenges they face.

• Every day those families cope with the knowledge that their child has a limited time to live.
• That is why every day is so precious and why CHASE is there for them, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
• Our community team members visit them at home and in their communities, where they need us most.
• Families are also welcome at our children's hospice, Christopher's, where they can spend some happy times together, creating important memories for tomorrow.

CHASE offers a vital life-line to these families at no cost to themselves but CHASE is faced with its own challenge - to raise over 3.5 million a year to ensure that these families are never let down.
   

• The vast majority of this money must be raised through fundraising and general charitable donation.
