TFT - or The Female Touch - is an exciting, unique online package for the women of the South East. From fashion to healthcare, homes to motors, competitions to product updates, it's all there! Eight sites have been laucnhed simultaneously to cover the entire South East of England - yes, it's a bit of a big one!

Creating the TFT site posed a range of unique challenges. The sheer volume of data on the site had to be stored, archived and navigated simply and intuitively.

 

There had to be the option for a multi-user platform, with businesses getting one level of access, PR companies another, members of the public a third and the administrators a fourth. We have had to look at howwe integrate the system into our mass-email gizmos and how we can push the boundaries of a commercial lifestyle site.

 

Thank goodness for our back end database! With our developers working full time on the system, they've created something quite incredible - easy to use but powerful. In fact, thanks to this impressive back-end development, TFT can now rival the power of other, more established, lifestyle sites.
