What CHASE does...

CHASE is an award winning care service providing specialist paediatric palliative care for children and young people not expected to live to reach the age of 19.

• CHASE touched the lives of over 300 families last year - sharing the difficult journey they must make and the challenges they face.
• Every day those families cope with the knowledge that their child has a limited time to live.
• That is why every day is so precious and why CHASE is there for them, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
• Our community team members visit them at home and in their communities, where they need us most.
• Families are also welcome at our children's hospice, Christopher's, where they can spend some happy times together, creating important memories for tomorrow.
• CHASE offers a vital life-line to these families at no cost to themselves but CHASE is faced with its own challenge - to raise over 3.5 million a year to ensure that these families are never let down.
• The vast majority of this money must be raised through fundraising and general charitable donation.
