This is the first edition of the Thames Hospice Care's Annual Fundraising magazine 2009!

The Thames Hospice care (THc) charity is an independent voluntary Hospice situated in Windsor and Ascot. At Thames Hospice care they have the time to spend with patients, to listen and understand a person’s life before the illness and to help them to identify and achieve goals for the future. Palliative care can allow people to live with hope and die with dignity. Some people are surprised that they celebrate life at the hospice and it is not unusual for weddings to take place on the inpatient unit or for the family pet to drop in!
