Hospice in the Weald are committed to offering the very best care to our patients, their families and friends, and work hard to make sure your time with them is as comfortable as possible.

Their philosophy is to be a specialist provider of Palliative Care to your local community. Palliative Care is the total care of patients whose disease is not responsive to curative treatment. Control of pain, of other symptoms, and of psychological, social and spiritual problems is paramount. The goal of palliative care at our Hospice is the achievement of the best quality of life for patients and those important to them. This is offered in a professional environment where the wishes and needs of the patient are paramount.
