Worthing Direct Dial - another CAM Contract!
In addition to everything else that we've been up to recently, we won a branding contract with Worthing borough Council, the fruits of which will be hitting the streets in March!
In order to improve their customer service, Worthing Borough Council (hereafter known as WBC, jsut for the sheer acronymisation of it!) have established a customer contact centre.  With direct dial numbers and highly trained specialists waiting on the end of the phone, the idea is that local residents can have all of their enquiries answered at the first point of contact.
 
We've been working closely with WBC, researching the way that the Council currently contacts residents and visitors, developing a new look for the branding of the centre and investigating the best methods to get the message out to the public.
 
We can't say too much at the moment, but you can bet that when we can, we will!  In the mean time, have a chat with us to discuss your branding requirements!
